1. Are your products authentic?

Our products are 100% authentic. You will receive your item in brand new condition complete with its original tag and packaging.

2. How come your prices are much lower compared to other retailers?

As an online store, we are able to get rid of extra costs of operating a physical outlet. This allows us to lower our prices and offer more savings for you.

Payment

1. What are your modes of payment?

We accept local Bank Transfers, GCash, and Maya.

2. Do you accept COD?

We do not accept COD payment at the moment.

Shipping and Orders

1. How long does shipping take?

Your orders are shipped via LBC and should arrive 1-3 business days for Metro Manila orders and 2-7 business days for the rest of the country.

2. How do I track my order?

We will email/sms your tracking number from LBC.

3. Do you have alternative shipping methods?

We may be able to accommodate other delivery methods but this will be subject to availability. Please contact us thru our social media first. 

Returns and Exchanges

1. Do you offer returns?

We only offer returns for damaged items. Please get in touch with us if you are not satisfied with the product. Any returns/ refunds will be subject to the discretion of Offshore Outlet.

2. I got the wrong size, can I exchange the item?

For hygienic purposes, we cannot offer exchange of item due to wrong size. The good thing is we carry well-known brands so you're likely to be familiar with their sizing. Please refer to our Size Guide and Recommendations page for more info.
